Anything2Image helps users turn content, data, screenshots, and images into publish-ready visual assets. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, avatar, authentication status, membership, credits, billing records, saved works, uploaded assets, brand settings, templates, and product usage events needed to run and improve the service.

When you use AI-powered features, the content you submit may be processed by selected AI infrastructure providers to complete the generation request. Payment information is handled by payment providers; we do not store raw card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, process billing, manage credits, save user assets and templates, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate important service updates.

Sharing

We do not sell user content or account data. We may share information with infrastructure, storage, analytics, payment, email, customer-support, and AI service providers when required to operate Anything2Image. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

Retention and control

Users can manage profile, works, templates, brand settings, billing, and credits from the personal center. Retention may depend on your plan, operational requirements, legal obligations, and service integrity needs.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep public pages, private account surfaces, admin access, and internal APIs separated.
